Overview
Own a small caseload of 7-10 clients as a BCBA with House of Hearts ABA, delivering hybrid telehealth and in-person care. You shape individualized treatment plans and supervise RBTs in schools and homes. Our team pairs clinical and admin support, keeping caseloads low to sustain quality. What You'll Do8
- 1Build and manage a caseload of 7-10 clients, tailoring treatment plans to each child's needs
- 2Supervise RBTs during school and home sessions, mixing direct observation with telehealth check-ins
- 3Conduct VB-MAPP and other assessments to design individualized, evidence-based programs
- 4Collaborate with educators and families to align goals and report progress
- 5Document all sessions and maintain compliance with HIPAA and ethical standards
- 6Drive client outcomes through data collection and program adjustments
- 7Lead caregiver training sessions, teaching behavioral strategies for home use
- 8Coordinate with the clinical team to refine treatment integrity across settings
Requirements8
- 1Hold a current BCBA certification from the BACB
- 21+ year practicing ABA, with hands-on client and supervision experience
- 3Proven skill in designing and updating behavior intervention plans
- 4Strong written and verbal communication, especially with families and school staff
- 5Comfort using telehealth platforms for remote supervision and meetings
- 6Ability to travel to schools and homes within the Denver area
- 7Open to flexible hours, with preference for evening or weekend availability
- 8Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for in-person visits
