What You'll Do11
- 1Oversee fidelity of ABA programs both virtually and in person
- 2Support and coach Clinical Leaders and Behavior Specialists
- 3Complete and review treatment plans progress reports and documentation
- 4Ensure compliance with clinical and payer standards
- 5Lead trainings and clinical development initiatives
- 6Partner with Regional Directors and Operations teams on quality and compliance initiatives
- 7Maintain data-driven clinical programs
- 8Foster strong supported clinical teams
- 9Collaborate with Regional and Executive Clinical Leadership
- 10Provide administrative support enabling clinical focus
- 11Drive continuous improvement in service delivery
Requirements11
- 1Master’s degree in a related discipline
- 2Active BCBA credential
- 3Minimum two years of professional ABA experience
- 4Strong communication and clinical leadership skills
- 5Ability to travel within service areas
- 6Experience with data analytics and reporting tools
- 7Familiarity with ABA software platforms
- 8Proven track record of mentoring staff
- 9Commitment to ethical practice and evidence-based approaches
- 10Valid driver’s license for occasional travel
- 11Availability for hybrid work schedule
Salary Insight
$85 - $98k per year
