BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) - School-Based
Overview
You will own the behavioral intervention program for the ABLE Program, supporting K-12 students with Autism Spectrum Disorder and Intellectual Disabilities. You will join a collaborative team of educators and specialists delivering individualized plans for communication, social skills, sensory regulation, and academic growth. What You'll Do8
- 1Design and implement data-driven behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on functional behavior assessments
- 2Lead direct consultation and coaching for ABLE program staff on evidence-based ABA strategies
- 3Monitor student progress, adjust interventions, and document outcomes for goal attainment
- 4Deliver training sessions for school personnel and families on ABA techniques and behavior support
- 5Facilitate collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistent support across settings
- 6Develop individualized plans addressing communication, social interaction, sensory regulation, and academic growth
- 7Support a positive, inclusive classroom environment by modeling best practices
- 8Track and report intervention fidelity and student outcomes to leadership
Requirements5
- 1BCBA credential required
- 21+ years experience supporting students with Autism Spectrum Disorder or Intellectual Disabilities preferred
