What You'll Do8
- 1Conduct FBAs and design BIPs for students in district schools.
- 2Implement and monitor BIPs, adjusting based on data and student response.
- 3Deliver parent training sessions remotely or during school hours.
- 4Train and supervise district staff on ABA techniques and BIP fidelity.
- 5Collect and graph behavioral data to evaluate BIP effectiveness.
- 6Collaborate with IEP teams and school staff on comprehensive treatment plans.
- 7Stay current with ABA research and integrate best practices into programming.
- 8Document student progress and maintain treatment records with accuracy.
Requirements7
- 1Current BCBA certification.
- 22+ years experience with developmental disabilities, preferably children.
- 3Strong knowledge of ABA principles and techniques.
- 4Familiarity with IDEA and special education regulations.
- 5Proven ability to collect and analyze behavioral data.
- 6Excellent communication for parent and team collaboration.
- 7Problem-solving skills to adapt plans in real time.
