Overview
BCBA leadership role overseeing neurodiversity affirming ABA programming for children with developmental differences at Cortica. What You'll Do9
- 1Build and lead a team of BTs delivering individualized ABA plans
- 2Design and oversee neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for each patient
- 3Collaborate with transdisciplinary team to integrate holistic care
- 4Scale scheduling and supervision to align with family needs and clinical effectiveness
- 5Drive quality care with outcome-focused approaches and documentation
- 6Mentor junior staff and contribute to BCBA level advancement pathways
- 7Own and optimize remote supervision logistics and telehealth effectiveness
- 8Guide administrative processes to reduce clinician burden and improve patient access
- 9Submit progress updates and ensure compliance with licensing and credentialing
Requirements5
- 1Master’s degree in human services or a related field
- 2Current BCBA certification required
- 3Experience supervising behavior technicians in ABA settings
