Overview
As a Bartender at Del Frisco's, you own the bar experience for guests at a high-volume, upscale steakhouse. You will craft signature cocktails, deliver polished service, and uphold our Be FAIR standards in a fast-paced, guest-first environment. What You'll Do8
- 1Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring accuracy and consistency with Be FAIR standards
- 2Engage guests with a welcoming attitude, taking orders and providing recommendations on craft cocktails and wine pairings
- 3Maintain a clean, organized bar area, including glassware, tools, and supplies, to meet health and safety standards
- 4Process payments accurately using the POS system, handling cash and credit transactions with integrity
- 5Collaborate with service and kitchen teams to deliver a seamless dining experience, addressing guest needs promptly
- 6Adhere to alcohol service laws and company policies, checking IDs and monitoring consumption
- 7Complete opening and closing duties, including inventory counts and restocking, within the first 90 days
- 8Upsell premium spirits and menu items, maximizing revenue while enhancing the guest experience
Requirements8
- 11+ years of bartending experience in a high-volume restaurant or bar setting
- 2Must be 18 years of age or older to serve alcohol
- 3Strong knowledge of mixology, including classic and contemporary cocktails
- 4Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a guest-first mindset
- 5Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs (e.g., kegs, cases)
- 6Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required
- 7TIPS or ServSafe Alcohol certification preferred
