What You'll Do11
- 1Prepare and serve beverages accurately and efficiently ensuring consistency and quality
- 2Engage guests warmly take orders and offer recommendations
- 3Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar area complying with food safety standards
- 4Manage cash handling and POS transactions using Aloha POS or Micros POS
- 5Monitor guest behavior to ensure safe environment especially in nightclub or banquet settings
- 6Restock supplies including alcohol mixers glassware and garnishes
- 7Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow during busy hours and special events
- 8Serve food in addition to beverages if experience available
- 9Familiarity with food safety standards food handling procedures and responsible alcohol service
- 10Apply basic math skills for cash handling retail math calculations and accurate order processing
- 11Demonstrate strong organizational skills during high-volume periods
Requirements5
- 1Proven bartender experience in fine dining nightclub or banquet environments preferred
- 2Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS
- 3Excellent customer service skills engaging guests positively and professionally
- 4Ability to manage time effectively during high-volume periods
- 5Basic math skills for cash handling retail math calculations and accurate order processing
