What You'll Do7
- 1Prepare and serve cocktails, wines, craft beers, and non-alcoholic options with precision and flair.
- 2Engage guests with a friendly, energetic style to boost their experience and drive repeat visits.
- 3Maintain bar cleanliness and organization, following food safety and sanitation standards.
- 4Process cash transactions accurately using Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring proper handling and reconciliation.
- 5Develop new beverage recipes and suggest food pairings to enhance the menu.
- 6Manage bar inventory by tracking supplies, restocking ingredients, and cutting waste.
- 7Coordinate with kitchen staff and management during peak service or special events like banquets.
Requirements7
- 1Proven experience bartending in fine dining or hospitality settings; food service experience preferred.
- 2Extensive knowledge of mixology, spirits, wine, craft beer, and recipe development.
- 3Familiarity with Aloha POS or Micros POS for smooth transactions.
