What You'll Do7
- 1Craft and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, spirits, wine, and craft beers using established recipes and creative flair.
- 2Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests, ensuring prompt and friendly service.
- 3Process cash transactions efficiently using Aloha POS and Micros POS, handling cash and credit payments with precision.
- 4Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
- 5Engage with guests to provide personalized recommendations, promote specials, and enhance the overall dining experience.
- 6Assist in beverage recipe development to introduce new drinks that excite clientele.
- 7Collaborate with team members to manage busy service periods seamlessly while upholding high standards of hospitality.
Requirements7
- 1Proven experience bartending or serving in fine dining or upscale restaurant environments.
- 2Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, spirits, wine, and craft beer varieties.
- 3Extensive knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS.
- 4Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume shifts.
- 5Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to connect authentically with guests.
- 6Familiarity with food safety protocols, food handling practices, and basic math for accurate order calculations and cash handling.
- 7Previous banquet or catering experience is a plus but not required; a passion for hospitality is essential.
