What You'll Do8
- 1Greet guests at the bar, take drink orders, and serve beverages with accuracy and speed.
- 2Mix and pour a variety of cocktails, beers, and non-alcoholic drinks using standard recipes.
- 3Maintain a clean and stocked bar area, including glassware, utensils, and garnishes.
- 4Engage with guests to create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere, anticipating their needs.
- 5Process payments accurately via cash or POS system, and handle tip distribution.
- 6Assist with bar inventory, restocking supplies, and reporting shortages to management.
- 7Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction.
- 8Enforce responsible alcohol service by checking IDs and refusing service to minors or intoxicated guests.
Requirements6
- 1No formal experience required, but prior bartending is a plus.
- 2Ability to work 8 hour shifts, including day, evening, and night shifts.
- 3Must have a friendly, energetic personality and a passion for hospitality.
- 4Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- 5Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
- 6Must be at least 18 years old (or meet state minimum for serving alcohol).
