This position owns the guest drinking experience across three bar locations in Pittsburgh, crafting classic and innovative drinks. You join a diverse team of food and beverage professionals, working primarily Fri-Sat evening shifts. The role pairs salary with tips, earning $20-$40 per hour. Stand out by bringing both speed and hospitality to every pour.

Own the bar at DJ's Dive, delivering exceptional customer service in a high-volume neighborhood tavern. You'll pour craft beer, mix classic cocktails, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere across day and night shifts. This role pairs sharp hospitality skills with a team-oriented crew in a locally owned business.

You will own the bar at The Alchemist Lounge, crafting cocktails for up to 200 guests per night in a high-volume nightclub setting. You will work beside a team of 8 bartenders and report directly to the head mixologist. This contract role puts your mixology skills front and center, with the freedom to design seasonal drink menus and train junior staff on cocktail preparation.
