What You'll Do10
- 1Receive orders from patrons and waitstaff
- 2Prepare and serve liquor mixed drinks wine beer and nonalcoholic drinks as ordered
- 3Ensure fruit and garnishes are ready before opening
- 4Maintain clean organized bar area
- 5Display glasses and liquor bottles attractively
- 6Stock snacks to keep bar supplied
- 7Verify legal drinking age via photo IDs
- 8Collect payment from customers
- 9Use judgment to refuse service to intoxicated patrons
- 10Submit requisition forms for liquor beer and bar supplies
Requirements8
- 1High School Diploma or GED
- 2Mixology barkeeping or related training completed
- 3At least one year related experience preferred
- 4Physical ability to stand prolonged periods lift fifteen pounds
- 5Legal drinking age or older
- 6Extensive knowledge of drink preparation
- 7Strong interpersonal skills focused on customer satisfaction
- 8Ability to handle unruly patrons calmly
