We seek a skilled Bartender to lead batching and floor operations at Le Lounge within Hotel No Vacancy. The ideal candidate owns preparation, manages inventory, and delivers exceptional guest experiences in a dynamic environment. This is an hourly role with opportunities for growth as the team expands.
What You'll Do9
- 1Build consistent draft cocktails and maintain quality across batches
- 2Prepare ingredients and communicate ordering needs
- 3Handle high-volume service and special events such as weddings and DJ nights
- 4Perform room resets and assist guests with immediate needs
- 5Document recipes and prep processes for future scaling
- 6Maintain bar safety and organization standards
- 7Collaborate with a small team to ensure seamless operations
- 8Support housekeeping by relocating furniture and products during events
- 9Work late shifts including Sundays and stay until 2AM
