What You'll Do10
- 1Build and maintain POS systems using Shopify
- 2Design and execute marketing campaigns via social media platforms
- 3Lead team during shifts and train new hires
- 4Ship orders accurately and manage inventory levels
- 5Debug payment processing issues and resolve customer complaints
- 6Drive sales through excellent customer service and upselling techniques
- 7Scale customer engagement strategies based on seasonal demand
- 8Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities
- 9Collaborate with local suppliers to ensure product quality
- 10Maintain clean and organized workspace at all times
Requirements9
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons of guest services experience preferred
- 31 year barista experience preferred
- 4Reliable commute or plan to relocate from Novato CA 94949
- 5Flexible schedule required for early morning afternoon weekend shifts
