Eurest seeks a part time BARISTA in San Francisco. This role involves making coffee and serving customers. The ideal candidate will operate in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do16

• 1Prepare espresso orders for customers and catering using standard measures and recipes
• 2Enter orders accurately into POS device; accept cash and charge payments
• 3Replenish condiments, beverages and general supplies while maintaining cleanliness of service area
• 4Ensure proper presentation, portion control and maintenance of proper serving temperatures; follow HACCP standards
• 5Maintain sanitation and orderliness of all equipment, supplies and utensils
• 6Ensures proper food preparation by using approved recipes and following prescribed production standards
• 7Keeps display equipment clean and free of debris during meal service
• 8Cleans equipment and workstation thoroughly before leaving the area for other assignments
• 9Greets customers courteously and interacts in a manner to ensure customer satisfaction
• 10Relays relevant concerns from customers to supervisors
• 11Serves customers quickly and efficiently, preventing delays in serving lines
• 12Demonstrates a complete understanding of daily menu items and accurately explains them to customers
• 13Serves as an advocate of selling techniques to the customer by establishing good communication and assisting in the buying decision-making process
• 14Ensures all display foods are merchandised attractively per standards
• 15Serves food neatly and attractively per standard
• 16Performs other duties as assigned
