You will own the barista experience, from greeting guests to ensuring consistent product quality across all outlets. What You'll Do9
- 1Greet guests per StepStone standards, anticipate needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and thank guests with genuine appreciation.
- 2Prepare quality beverages and food products consistently by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards.
- 3Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products and work areas.
- 4Handle closing of guest transactions in outlet and room services, close out register, and balance cash for shift, keeping cash funds secured.
- 5Complete opening and closing duties, including setting up supplies, cleaning equipment, and stocking work areas.
- 6Bus coffee cart areas and tables to maintain a clean and inviting environment.
- 7Check with guests to ensure service and food quality meet StepStone and hotel standards, reporting any complaints to the manager immediately.
- 8Use the POS system accurately for all transactions.
- 9Assist service personnel as requested and observe all safety rules and procedures.
Requirements10
- 11+ year of barista experience preferred.
- 2Available to work flexible shifts.
- 3Comprehensive knowledge of hotel departments and functions.
- 4Knowledge of applicable Federal, state, and local health, safety, and legal regulations.
- 5Excellent mathematical and computer skills.
- 6High school education preferred.
- 7Relevant training and experience required.
- 8Ability to timely obtain any required licenses or certificates.
- 9CPR and first aid training preferred.
- 10Additional language ability preferred.
