What You'll Do8
- 1Restock beer liquor wine mixers juices syrups garnishes and ice throughout shifts
- 2Support bartenders by anticipating needs before being asked
- 3Maintain cleanliness and organization behind the bar and throughout service areas
- 4Change kegs and assist with bar setup and breakdown
- 5Help maintain glassware dish areas and overall bar flow
- 6Communicate clearly with bartenders servers kitchen staff and management
- 7Assist with guest interactions professionally and hospitably when needed
- 8Maintain urgency and composure during high-volume shifts
