You will own bar sanitation and supply flow for the VIP Lounge at Seminole Hard Rock Tampa, a high-volume casino venue. What You'll Do8
- 1Restock liquor cabinets and carts with premium spirits before each shift.
- 2Remove empty bottles, trash, and soiled glassware from the bar area every 15 minutes.
- 3Sanitize bar counters, sinks, and ice wells using Seminole Gaming approved chemicals.
- 4Transport cases of liquor and supplies from storage to the VIP Lounge bar using hand trucks.
- 5Break down cardboard and recycle materials to keep the back-of-house compliant with TIPS standards.
- 6Report damaged equipment or low inventory to the bar manager before the next day's service.
- 7Maintain a spotless floor and work area to prevent slips and falls in the busy lounge.
- 8Assist bartenders during peak rushes by fetching garnishes, mixers, and clean towels.
Requirements10
- 11-2 years of high-volume beverage service experience in a nightclub or similar setting.
- 2High School Diploma or GED required.
- 3Knowledge of different brand beverage items and bar stock management.
- 4TIPS certification required, with ongoing training updates.
- 5Proven time management skills to handle multiple restocking requests during peak hours.
- 6Ability to work independently without close supervision for long stretches.
