Bar Supervisor, Concession & Club Stadium
Overview
You will own bar operations across concession and club locations at Raymond James Stadium, home of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, serving 50,000+ fans per event. You lead a team of bartenders and cashiers, enforce TIPS or TEAM alcohol safety standards, and ensure every pour meets our quality bar. What You'll Do9
- 1Set up and operate multiple concession and club bar locations for all Buccaneers, USF, and major stadium events.
- 2Lead pre-shift briefings to align your team on event details, menu changes, and service standards.
- 3Coach and train bartenders and cashiers on drink recipes, pouring techniques, and guest engagement.
- 4Monitor inventory levels before, during, and after events to prevent stockouts and minimize waste.
- 5Test and troubleshoot draft systems, POS terminals, and refrigeration units before doors open.
- 6Enforce alcohol service compliance, including ID checks, sobriety monitoring, and TEAM certification protocols.
- 7Coordinate with culinary and warehouse teams to keep bar stations stocked with Heineken, Bud Light, and house spirits.
- 8Drive speed of service by assigning roles, optimizing floor flow, and clearing bottlenecks at high-traffic stands.
- 9Conduct post-event debriefs to document performance metrics and flag operational improvements.
Requirements9
- 12+ years of supervisory experience in high-volume bar or food service operations.
- 2TIPS or TEAM alcohol certification obtained within 30 days of hire.
- 3Proven track record managing beverage inventory and controlling pour costs.
- 4Ability to stand and walk for up to 12 hours per shift and lift 50 lbs repeatedly.
- 5Flexibility to work all Buccaneers home games, concerts, and events, including nights and weekends.
- 6Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverage preparation.
- 7Excellent verbal communication to lead briefings and resolve guest issues on the spot.
- 8Proficiency with Micros or SpotOn POS systems for order entry and sales reconciliation.
- 9Commitment to safety and sanitation, including ServSafe certification or ability to obtain.
