What You'll Do7
- 1Ensure compliance with food safety HACCP and alcohol service policies
- 2Assist with training and onboarding of banquet service staff
- 3Frequently lift and move up to 35 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds
- 4Attend scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
- 5Coordinate service execution and direct Banquet Servers and Porters
- 6Participate in event setup service and breakdown with Banquet Captain
- 7Maintain guest satisfaction through communication and attention to detail
Requirements6
- 1High School diploma GED or equivalent experience preferred
- 2Minimum 1–3 years banquet catering or food and beverage service experience
- 3Prior lead or captain experience in banquet or event environment preferred
- 4Meet minimum age requirements to serve alcohol locally and state regulations
- 5Valid TIPS TEAM or equivalent alcohol-service certification required
- 6Food handler certification may be required based on location
