What You'll Do11
- 1Wash china glass and silverware
- 2Clean equipment pots and pans before during and after events
- 3Store all equipment in proper locations
- 4Sweep and mop floors in kitchen and office areas
- 5Maintain clean safe working environment following safety policies
- 6Transport food and equipment throughout the venue
- 7Monitor cleaning supply stock levels per venue needs
- 8Ensure assigned areas remain clean and orderly
- 9Perform daily inventory checks of required stock
- 10Assist with deliveries and stocking storeroom side stations
- 11Fulfill opening and closing duties as assigned by the Chef
Requirements9
- 1Minimum age 18 years
- 2High school diploma or equivalent
- 3Ability to read speak and write English
- 4Flexible schedule availability for extended hours days nights weekends holidays
- 5Mobility to stand reach bend stoop wipe push and pull for extended periods
- 6Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations service standards and guest relations
- 7Strong listening skills ability to take direction from management
- 8Capacity to work under pressure multitask in fast-paced team setting
- 9Commitment to safety practices and completion of all required training
