What You'll Do9
- 1Maintain spotless kitchen, dishpit, café, restroom, and service areas, including bus bins, floors, and equipment.
- 2Wash dishes, utensils, trays, and cookware promptly; restock kitchen and floor supplies as needed.
- 3Assist with trash and recycling removal, following health and safety standards.
- 4Support the Kitchen Leader with basic prep tasks like carrying supplies and organizing storage.
- 5Receive, move, and store deliveries of food, beverages, and supplies, ensuring proper rotation.
- 6Keep storage areas clean, organized, and compliant with food safety regulations.
- 7Restock paper goods, cleaning materials, and service items throughout the shift.
- 8Execute opening and closing cleaning checklists to ensure readiness for service.
- 9Follow all food safety and hygiene guidelines; perform additional tasks as assigned.
Requirements9
- 1Previous experience in a restaurant, café, or bakery preferred but not required.
- 2Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and perform physical tasks like standing, lifting, and bending.
- 3Strong attention to cleanliness and detail.
- 4Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
- 5Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures.
- 6Flexible availability, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
- 7A strong sense of urgency is essential.
- 8Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
