Banking Payments Senior Manager, AI & Payments Strategy

What You'll Do7
- 1Lead end-to-end payments engagements across card, retail, and electronic payments to drive revenue and compliance outcomes
- 2Design and deliver world-class payments solutions and operating models across people, process, and technology
- 3Evaluate vendor platforms and perform due diligence on card, payments, and treasury management solutions
- 4Contribute to process design, requirements gathering, and functional design within payment system implementations
- 5Act as a business architect and develop reusable assets and scalable offerings
- 6Support business development and originate new client opportunities
- 7Travel up to 80% to support client delivery and program success
Requirements7
- 110+ years of experience in payment domains such as card, retail, electronic, and cash/treasury management
- 2Experience delivering consulting projects within budgets and timelines for banks or payment providers
- 3Strong knowledge of operating model design and business process design for payments
- 4Experience with vendor platforms enabling payments product delivery (card platforms, treasury portals)
- 5Ability to develop client relationships and lead cross-functional teams
- 6Experience with AI tools to de-risk testing and conversions
- 7Proven track record in complex program delivery including PMO and change management

$123 - $338k per year
