- 1Supervise and delegate tasks to Bakery Team Members to build a high-performance team and minimize turnover
- 2Train new hires using learning checklists and materials while supporting ongoing development
- 3Maintain clean stocked shelves and rotate products effectively
- 4Open and close department according to procedures while ensuring proper breaks
- 5Communicate team concerns to the Bakery Trainer and associate leaders
- 6Set and achieve highest retail execution standards
- 7Foster positive teamwork and morale among staff
- 8Direct staff to meet customer needs and delight patrons
- 9Select and mentor employees to sustain performance
- 10Provide performance evaluations and model WFM vision
- 11Manage inventory and assess financial performance
Requirements11
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 212+ months retail experience
- 3Ability to lift 50 pounds
- 4Standing/walking 6-8 hours daily with motions including bending twisting squatting reaching
- 5Exposure to FDA approved cleaning chemicals
- 6Work in temperatures up to 90°F
- 7Proficiency with Microsoft Office and operations software
- 8Strong organizational and time management skills
- 9Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship abilities
- 10Knowledge of regulatory and safety policies
- 11Advanced product knowledge and decision-making capabilities
