- 7Recommend services based on manufacturer guidelines and vehicle condition, achieving sales goals with honesty and transparency.
- 8Promote dealer maintenance programs, warranties, and service packages when appropriate.
Requirements7
- 1Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor is required.
- 2Strong knowledge of automotive systems, maintenance, and repair procedures.
- 3Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- 4Experience using dealership management systems such as Xtime, Dealertrack, or similar software.
- 5Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- 6Professional appearance and a customer-focused attitude.
- 7Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
