What You'll Do7

- 4Coordinate with manufacturing plants to align capacity and material flow.
- 5Audit supplier processes for PPAP, APQP, and OEE compliance.
- 6Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to optimize total cost.
- 7Report program status to leadership monthly with data-driven metrics.
Requirements8
- 15+ years in purchasing, supply chain, or program/product management.
- 25+ years in automotive manufacturing operations.
- 33+ years in die casting or machining operations.
- 4Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field.
- 5Strong command of manufacturing processes including material handling and inventory management.
- 6Ability to travel 75% domestically and internationally to suppliers.
- 7Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- 8Proven autonomy managing complex cases with accountability for results.
