Overview
The role owns parts lookup, sales, and ordering for a high-volume Nissan dealership in Mesquite, TX at Trophy Nissan. You will support customers, service advisors, and technicians with accurate parts identification and timely fulfillment. What You'll Do11
- 1Build accurate parts orders for customers and technicians to ensure quick service turnaround
- 2Design and pull parts from inventory and prepare special-order parts with timely follow-up
- 3Maintain organized inventory and proper labeling to support fast access
- 4Manage special-order parts and monitor aging to minimize backorder impact
- 5Notify departments and customers when special-order parts arrive, and communicate any stock issues to the Parts Manager
- 6Process payments and ensure correct invoicing and paperwork for each transaction
- 7Assist with inventory control and cycle counts to keep parts room organized
- 8Provide excellent customer service in person and over the phone to support sales and service teams
- 9Follow all Parts Department policies and procedures and collaborate with Service to get parts to techs quickly
- 10Support continued process improvements in parts lookup, ordering, and inventory management
- 11Drive a positive, team-oriented culture within the Parts Department
Requirements10
- 1Minimum age of 18 with a valid driver's license
- 2Reliable commute to Mesquite TX 75150 or willing to relocate before start
- 3Ability to pass pre-employment screening including background check and drug test
- 4High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 5Preferred automotive parts experience and dealership Parts Department experience
- 6Nissan parts experience or CDK experience a plus
- 7Experience with automotive parts catalog and lookup tools a plus
- 8Strong customer service and communication skills
- 9Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a high-volume environment
- 10Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
