What You'll Do6
- 1Build parts sales by assisting customers walk-in, by phone, and through internal technicians
- 2Drive customer satisfaction by delivering accurate parts and timely service for work orders
- 3Maintain up-to-date product knowledge through continuous learning about new products and updates
- 4Locate parts requested by customers or technicians and issue parts for work orders
- 5Participate in regular inventory cycle counts and maintain accurate stock records
- 6Prepare parts invoices and credit notes and document shipping and receiving of parts
Requirements5
- 1High school diploma or GED
- 24+ years related experience in truck parts sales
- 3Prior parts counter sales experience or parts warehousing knowledge
- 4Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- 5Forklift Certification or ability to attain certification
