You will align wheels, perform state inspections, oil changes, and repairs, contributing to safer, more efficient vehicles. What You'll Do9

  • 1Build and perform wheel alignments using state-of-the-art equipment to improve tire wear and driving straightness alignment equipment vehicle safety
  • 2Design and execute tire mounting, dismounting, balancing, and rotation tasks to support reliable road performance tires balancing mounting
  • 3Lead basic vehicle inspections and routine maintenance such as oil and filter changes to ensure compliance and safety inspections maintenance
  • 4Ship/execute repairs and services as needed to restore vehicle function and customer satisfaction repairs customer satisfaction
  • 5Own the workflow at the center by prioritizing tasks, documenting outcomes, and maintaining clean work areas process documentation safety
  • 6Scale expertise by applying diagnostic skills to a variety of makes and models and assisting teammates during busy periods diagnostics teamm collaboration
  • 7Drive quality and speed to meet service goals while upholding safety protocols quality safety
  • 8Support customers by communicating service needs and timelines clearly and professionally customer communication
  • 9Debug and troubleshoot issues related to tire/wheel assemblies and alignment readings to reduce rework troubleshooting readings

Requirements6

  • 1Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States
  • 2Possess 1 year of experience and/or training in tire mounting, dismounting, rotation and balancing or equivalent education/training
  • 3Preferred state inspection license
  • 4Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, crouch, crawl, climb, pull, reach and perform repetitive motions
  • 5Ability to lift and move items weighing over 50 pounds on a regular basis
  • 6Onsite position located in Bethel Park PA with weekly pay and benefits
