Auto Detailing Technician, Mobile Detailing
Overview
You'll own customer vehicle detailing at On The Spot Mobile Detailing, earning $20/hour from day one. We provide paid training and a company van, so no prior experience is required. You'll travel to customer locations, manage your schedule, and deliver our standard. Once you demonstrate consistency, you gain independence. This role suits reliable people who want a skilled trade with clear growth to Senior Technician.
What You'll Do6
- 1Drive a company-provided van to customer locations and detail vehicles to OTS standard.
- 2Communicate with customers to ensure a great experience and resolve issues on the spot.
- 3Manage your assigned jobs and daily schedule, coordinating with dispatch.
- 4Maintain your van, equipment, and work area to keep them ready for next job.
- 5Ask for support from leadership when you need it.
- 6Complete structured onboarding and hands-on training to master the OTS process.
