What You'll Do8
- 1Handle auto claims from first notice of loss through settlement, managing each case in a structured digital workflow.
- 2Contact customers by phone to gather accident details, explain coverage, and set clear expectations for the process.
- 3Assess vehicle damage and determine liability using photos, estimates, and police reports, then issue fair payments.
- 4Negotiate settlements with customers and repair shops, ensuring both accuracy and customer satisfaction.
- 5Document every claim with detailed notes in our claims management system, maintaining compliance with state regulations.
- 6Work with internal teams and external vendors to expedite repairs and rentals, reducing cycle time.
- 7Deliver empathetic service to customers in stressful situations, treating them with the same respect you would want.
- 8Adapt to a hybrid schedule with remote work and required office days in Lake Mary, FL, after initial training.
Requirements8
- 11-3 years of customer service experience or related insurance knowledge; college degree preferred but not required.
- 2High energy and passion for helping people, with the ability to stay calm and professional under pressure.
