What You'll Do11
- 1Own front-of-house operations for KQED Live events following manager plans
- 2Process ticketing transactions in Tixr while ensuring ADA compliance and PCI standards
- 3Supervise volunteers for ticketing check-in ushering and venue setup tasks
- 4Manage accessibility accommodations and coordinate with external venues
- 5Execute email communications including reminders and post-event follow-ups
- 6Produce video content and design promotional assets using Canva
- 7Collaborate with Creative and Corporate Sponsorship teams for brand consistency
- 8Maintain accurate attendee records and handle refunds or exchanges
- 9Represent KQED at public events and manage shift schedules requiring weekend availability
- 10Develop marketing toolkits and organize links within email templates
- 11Acquire, edit, and publish short-form video content for social platforms
Requirements11
- 12+ years ticketing or box office experience for live events
- 2Strong customer service background with ADA policy knowledge
- 3Proficiency in Tixr and CRM systems like Eventbrite or Salesforce
- 4Demonstrated video production skills for social/marketing use
- 5Canva proficiency for graphic design and promotional asset creation
- 6Experience with WordPress and Marketing Cloud email platforms
