- 7Partner with Visitor Experience to improve on‑site friction points
- 8Use segmentation and behavioral data to tailor messaging for local regulars tourists families
- 9Oversee website and digital experience with focus on conversion and accessibility
- 10Lead brand and website refresh honoring The Broad’s equity while signaling evolution
- 11Maintain brand consistency across all paid and owned touchpoints
- 12Prioritize accessibility in all marketing materials and digital platforms
- 13Oversee copy and creative development including photography videography
- 14Collaborate with Social Media Manager on culturally resonant social strategy
- 15Partner with Visitor Experience Operations and IT to build robust audience tracking systems
- 16Oversee audience research using Salesforce Klayvio Ticketure and interpret findings
- 17Report actionable insights to leadership on growth loyalty and investment effectiveness
- 18Serve as primary relationship owner for design media buying and web agencies
- 19Develop budget with CSO and track ROI across channels
- 20Demonstrate progressive marketing experience with audience development and brand refresh track records
- 21Lead or contribute to successful brand reimagining initiatives
