Associate Technical Adoption Architect
Overview
Technical Adoption Architects (TAA) at Ironclad seek a product expert who drives customer adoption from pre-sales through activation. They partner with account teams to design contracting processes, validate solution fit, and translate strategy into actionable plans. This hybrid role requires presence in NYC, SF, or Chicago and focuses on delivering value via AI-supported workflows.
What You'll Do12
- 1Partner with Account teams and Adoption Strategists to drive adoption from pre-sales through activation
- 2Validate product fit and customer risks to create a practical path to value
- 3Design and build contracting processes in Ironclad using workflows and integrations
- 4Apply platform architecture judgment to recommend scalable solutions
- 5Own high-value customer use cases end-to-end including technical solution design
- 6Provide expert guidance on AI-driven contracting transformation
- 7Act as a trusted thought partner and advisor to customers
- 8Lead executive demos and enablement sessions highlighting tradeoffs
- 9Serve as voice of the customer feeding insights to product team
- 10Collaborate cross-functionally to guide customers across the full journey
- 11Identify decision makers and align stakeholders across Legal Sales Procurement IT
- 12Navigate complex organizational structures and resolve blockers
Requirements11
- 12+ years professional services or consulting experience with software companies
- 2Passion for learning new technologies and driving outcomes through technical solutions
- 3Ability to connect technical decisions to customer value and adoption outcomes
- 4Demonstrated relationship-building and expectation management skills
- 5Experience navigating enterprise customer organizational structures
- 6Strong consultative discovery abilities for ambiguous situations
- 7Comfort operating in ambiguity and making sound scope decisions
- 8Strong AI consulting instincts and practical AI fluency
- 9Understanding of AI capabilities and limitations in contracting workflows
