What You'll Do7
- 1Provide daily technical leadership and design direction for Sprint Team
- 2Own code quality code reviews and engineering best practices
- 3Translate architecture standards into team level implementation decisions
- 4Mentor developers and support technical growth
- 5Partner with Scrum Master and Product Owner on delivery and sprint scope
- 6Drive adoption of AI assisted development tooling within team
- 7Resolve technical impediments and coordinate cross team integration points
Requirements14
- 18+ years software engineering experience including technical leadership role
- 2Strong hands on development with modern cloud native stacks
- 3Experience with AWS services and CI CD delivery
- 4AWS certification
- 5Federal IT delivery experience
- 6Familiarity with AI assisted developer tooling
- 7Must be U.S citizen
- 8Willing to work hybrid schedule 2-3 days in Reston VA and DC area
- 9Pass 7 year background check obtain government clearance
- 10Ability to prioritize and self start
- 11Adaptable flexible as priorities shift
