What You'll Do10

  • 1Build and maintain centralized dashboards, metrics, tools, and databases to support clinical and development operations
  • 2Track progress, manage timelines, document key decisions, and respond to queries with cross-functional teams
  • 3Proactively identify gaps and inefficiencies to ensure patient programs run smoothly
  • 4Plan, manage, and follow-up on meetings with tailored agendas and accurate minutes
  • 5Coordinate data and material receipt for patient programs and assist with timeline tracking
  • 6Analyze aggregate timeline data and support scientific timelines across programs
  • 7Manage documents with standardized templates and rigorous record keeping
  • 8Maintain external communication lists and team rosters
  • 9Escalate issues and implement process improvements to enable decision making
  • 10Collaborate as liaison between internal teams and physician/institution partners

Requirements10

  • 1U.S. work authorization
  • 2Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or technical discipline
  • 31-2+ years of project management experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industries
  • 4Familiarity with clinical trial conduct, drug development, and regulatory components
  • 5Strong written and verbal communication and customer service skills
  • 6Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with multiple stakeholders
  • 7Team player with ownership, accountability, and responsibility
  • 8Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
  • 9Experience with Microsoft Office 365 and SharePoint
