Requirements11
- 15+ years clinical research leadership experience
- 2Oncology trial involvement at both early and late phases
- 3Proven project management expertise using Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- 4Demonstrated ability to work effectively across cultural boundaries
- 5Track record of influencing peers without formal authority
- 6Minimum 5 years clinical trial experience with detailed process knowledge
- 7Prior site leadership experience with regulatory compliance requirements
- 8Strong analytical capabilities with statistical software proficiency
- 9Experience with collaborative platforms like Veeva and Microsoft Office Suite
- 10Travel capability for regional meetings and site visits
