Associate Product Manager, Robotic Welding & Automation
Overview
You will own product lifecycle management for the MIG Gun Division's robotic welding and automation portfolio at Tregaskiss, a part of ITW Welding. You will work with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Office to drive market research, competitive analysis, and product launches. The role collaborates with engineering, sales, and marketing teams to deliver solutions for manufacturers worldwide. You will shape product direction and contribute to industry-leading Bernard and Tregaskiss brands.
What You'll Do8
- 1Initiate and manage product updates, new product introductions, discontinuations, and pricing changes in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- 2Define product specifications and application requirements with engineering teams for robotic welding systems and automation solutions.
- 3Develop and document product launches, training materials, specification sheets, and operator manuals for LMS content.
- 4Analyze end-user business needs and translate them into product requirements with VOC and market research.
- 5Evaluate product performance using Microsoft Excel to track sales volume, margins, and market share.
- 6Serve as liaison across sales, engineering, and manufacturing to communicate and train on product solutions.
- 7Represent the brand at trade shows, distributor events, and customer visits, using PowerPoint for presentations.
- 8Collect and synthesize customer insights and competitive intelligence through interviews and channel feedback.
Requirements8
- 12+ years in product management, marketing, or related role.
- 2Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 3Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams).
- 4Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM is a plus.
- 5Basic welding knowledge is an asset.
- 6Available for 25% travel within the US and Canada.
- 7Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- 8Excellent communication and presentation skills.
