What You'll Do7

  • 3Lead supplier identification, approval, and contract negotiations with vendors.
  • 4Design implementation plans for procurement and sourcing initiatives and drive adoption.
  • 5Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to assess supply chain risks and potential improvements.
  • 6Manage project workstreams, ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery in time-pressured environments.
  • 7Build client relationships and present findings to private equity leadership.

Requirements8

  • 12-4+ years of consulting or industry experience in procurement or sourcing.
  • 2Previous advisory experience from a top-tier strategy firm or Big-4 consultancy required.
  • 3Industry experience in direct and/or indirect categories preferred.
  • 4Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related field required; MBA preferred.
  • 5Demonstrated record of leading sustainable strategic sourcing approaches.
  • 6Exemplary experience designing end-to-end procurement strategies.
  • 7Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; business process mapping and quantitative analysis.
  • 8Flexibility to travel up to 80% of the time.
