What You'll Do7
- 1Analyze client procurement organizations to identify strategic sourcing opportunities and quantify value creation.
- 2Develop sourcing strategies aligned with growth and financial objectives, integrating with forecasting and demand planning.
- 3Lead supplier identification, approval, and contract negotiations with vendors.
- 4Design implementation plans for procurement and sourcing initiatives and drive adoption.
- 5Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to assess supply chain risks and potential improvements.
- 6Manage project workstreams, ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery in time-pressured environments.
- 7Build client relationships and present findings to private equity leadership.
Requirements8
- 12-4+ years of consulting or industry experience in procurement or sourcing.
- 2Previous advisory experience from a top-tier strategy firm or Big-4 consultancy required.
- 3Industry experience in direct and/or indirect categories preferred.
- 4Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related field required; MBA preferred.
- 5Demonstrated record of leading sustainable strategic sourcing approaches.
- 6Exemplary experience designing end-to-end procurement strategies.
- 7Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; business process mapping and quantitative analysis.
- 8Flexibility to travel up to 80% of the time.
