Madhappy seeks a full-time Associate Graphic Designer based in Los Angeles to lead high-level graphics creation. This role reports directly to the Art Director and involves managing multiple projects within the brand's pipeline. What You'll Do9
- 1Create apparel and accessories graphics from concept to vendor-ready art
- 2Collaborate with Design to develop seasonal deliverables
- 3Interpret trend boards and design direction for textiles and graphics
- 4Partner with designers to ensure cohesive seasonal collections
- 5Prepare print-ready artwork for external vendors
- 6Develop repeat patterns and prints for brand consistency
- 7Draft detailed techpacks with specifications and techniques
- 8Assess and troubleshoot prototypes during production
- 9Maintain organized project libraries categorized by season and concept
Requirements10
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons of experience in fast-paced environments
- 3CPC Card certification preferred
- 4BCBA certification optional
- 5AWS Certified knowledge beneficial
- 6Strong proficiency in Illustrator and Photoshop
- 7Demonstrated concepting and research capabilities
- 8Proven track record of delivering client-focused designs
- 9Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- 10Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
Salary Insight
$55 - $70k per year
