What You'll Do11
- 1Develop original prints and patterns aligned with seasonal color palettes and brand direction
- 2Translate inspiration artwork into production-ready CAD files
- 3Create colorways and engineer pattern repeats for various product classifications
- 4Produce technically accurate artwork meeting manufacturing requirements
- 5Organize digital artwork libraries with clear labeling and version control
- 6Deliver artwork files to design and production partners while resolving technical issues
- 7Prepare and package final artwork for cross-functional teams
- 8Utilize Miro and other digital tools to communicate project updates
- 9Manage multiple freelance assignments with priority to meet seasonal milestones
- 10Maintain high organization and detail orientation for effective time management
- 11Collaborate within diverse creative teams to achieve project goals
Requirements10
- 16-12 years experience in Textile or Graphic design
- 2Proficiency in Kaledo Print Weave and Knit software
- 3Strong expertise in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
- 4Ability to work effectively in diverse creative environments
- 5Excellent presentation and written communication skills
- 6Proven multitasking and priority shifting abilities
