Overview
Own and lead care operations for residents in a premier senior living community with scale and impact. You will supervise CNAs and HHAs, support care planning, and drive quality improvement. What You'll Do6
- 1Lead hiring, training, scheduling, and supervision of CNAs and HHAs and ensure accurate documentation
- 2Drive resident assessments, care planning, and a culture of safety, service, and respect
- 3Support regulatory compliance and quality improvement initiatives across the community
- 4Collaborate with care teams to optimize day-to-day operations and resident satisfaction
- 5Mentor staff to enhance clinical skills and in-servicing activities
- 6Contribute to budget planning and resource management to maintain high-quality care
Requirements6
- 1Active MA RN or LPN license
- 2Experience in assisted living or geriatric care preferred
- 3Strong computer skills and ability to learn electronic health records
- 4Effective communication and teamwork abilities
- 5Commitment to resident-centered care and safety
- 6Prior supervisory experience with nursing aides or home health aides preferred
