Overview

Hospitality leadership role overseeing daily operations for a high-profile immersive venue on the Las Vegas Strip. You will partner with the Venue Manager to execute staffing, training, vendor coordination, and guest flow at The FRIENDS Experience Las Vegas. This role emphasizes hands-on execution, purposefully driving a best-in-class guest experience and maintaining the physical space. You will operate within a fast-paced environment that values safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.

What You'll Do10

  • 1Lead on-site operations for Friends Experience Las Vegas, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to budget
  • 2Coach and support teams across ticketing, guest services, retail, cafe, security, custodial, and show services to maintain guest flow
  • 3Recruit, interview, and hire operational staff and vendors including experiential teams and box office
  • 4Manage labor scheduling models ensuring appropriate coverage while balancing guest experience and team workload
  • 5Oversee maintenance of physical space, inventory and uniforms, and ensure high-quality guest environment
  • 6Respond to guest concerns with timely solutions and maintain positive feedback
  • 7Coordinate with vendors and partners to sustain strong working relationships
  • 8Support preventative and hands-on maintenance programs and routine touch-ups
  • 9Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on safety, operations, marketing, finance and HR goals
  • 10Act as Manager on Duty for select shifts and uphold safety and service standards

Requirements8

  • 13–4+ years of leadership in hospitality, entertainment, or retail with revenue generation
  • 2Experience supporting hiring, training and development of operational teams
  • 3Strong knowledge of shift-based labor scheduling and operational workflows
  • 4Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic setting and adapt to changing priorities
  • 5Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • 6Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking
  • 7Ability to stay composed under pressure and lead by example
  • 8Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and flexible schedules as needed
