What You'll Do11
- 1Act as Manager on duty for scheduling and customer issues when Store Manager is absent
- 2Manage associate training and goal setting using LIDS Training Programs
- 3Administer progressive discipline including verbal and written warnings
- 4Schedule and staff stores including call-ins for peak periods
- 5Lead customer service initiatives and resolve escalations promptly
- 6Execute marketing strategies to meet KPIs and sales targets
- 7Maintain visual standards and store cleanliness
- 8Handle cash transactions and prepare for inventory audits
- 9Organize backroom inventory for efficiency and strategic layout
- 10Implement promotional signage and adjust pricing displays
- 11Ensure compliance with safety and policy guidelines
Requirements8
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading retail teams
- 3Proficiency in AWS and Kubernetes
- 4Certified in CPC Card or BCBA
- 5Ability to lift 50 pounds and climb ladders
- 6Strong communication and leadership skills
- 7Experience with POS systems and Microsoft Office
- 8Valid work authorization in the United States
