What You'll Do11
- 1Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities
- 2Help customers positively and resolve concerns
- 3Organize and transfer merchandise from delivery trucks to stockroom and sales floor
- 4Perform opening and closing procedures
- 5Process corporate directives including Pull and Hold/Destroy tasks
- 6Maintain promotional displays and assist in ordering merchandise
- 7Handle damaged merchandise and record keeping tasks
- 8Keep store areas clean and organized
- 9Protect company assets and adhere to safety policies
- 10Supervise and train store associates
- 11Ensure cleanliness of bathrooms and common spaces
Requirements6
- 1High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 2Ability to lift up to 55 lbs.
- 3Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- 4Experience in retail or grocery store management
- 5Proven leadership and team development abilities
- 6Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
