We are seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead store operations and drive customer satisfaction at our Dallas location. What You'll Do11
- 1Assist with store functions and day-to-day operations
- 2Help customers with positive interactions and resolve concerns
- 3Organize and transfer inventory from delivery trucks to appropriate areas
- 4Perform opening and closing procedures as required
- 5Process corporate directives including pull holds and task compliance
- 6Maintain promotional displays and assist in merchandise ordering
- 7Handle damaged merchandise and process returns
- 8Record keeping tasks such as payroll scheduling and cash deposits
- 9Ensure store cleanliness including bathroom maintenance and floor care
- 10Supervise staff training and development under Store Manager guidance
- 11Promote a safe respectful workplace adhering to all policies
Requirements6
- 1High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 2Ability to lift 55 lbs. from floor to shoulder height
- 3Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- 4Experience in retail or grocery store management
- 5Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management tools
