Overview
Lead and support early childhood education at a vibrant Primrose School in Las Vegas. Own operations in the director’s absence while mentoring teachers and creating a safe, welcoming environment for children, families, and staff. Collaborate with franchise leaders to drive enrollment, ensure health and safety, and uphold the Balanced Learning curriculum. This role blends mentorship, operations, and community building to shape the school culture and student outcomes.
What You'll Do10
- 1Build a supportive school culture by mentoring teachers and staff, ensuring high-quality interactions with children
- 2Lead operations in the Director’s absence to maintain smooth daily functioning and safety
- 3Drive enrollment and manage cost controls to meet budget targets
- 4Design and implement routines that align with the Balanced Learning curriculum and digital delivery platform
- 5Partner with families to communicate progress and address needs
- 6Collaborate with franchise owners to align local practices with brand standards
- 7Oversee health and safety programs and compliance across all classrooms
- 8Support staff development and onboarding to sustain a stable, capable team
- 9Scale community engagement initiatives to boost family involvement and school reputation
- 10Monitor metrics to improve student outcomes and family satisfaction
Requirements5
- 1Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; pursuing or holding relevant childcare leadership credential preferred
- 2Experience in early childhood education or child development environment
- 3Strong communication and relationship-building skills with families, staff, and leadership
- 4Ability to mentor teachers and coordinate team efforts in a hands-on environment
- 5Willingness to work onsite in Las Vegas, NV and support flexible scheduling
