Assistant Manager - Weston Raw Juce
Overview
The Assistant Manager leads the store leadership team to ensure a Great Guest Experience (#GGE) by creating a fun safe and healthy environment. They recruit develop and lead a team provide knowledge on juicing and healthy eating understand financial models and profit and loss reports to maximize profitability.

Requirements11
- 11-2 years leadership experience preferably hospitality
- 2Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- 4Proven ability to manage teams and budgets
- 5Experience with point of sale systems
- 6Understanding of food safety regulations
- 7Physical stamina to stand and move throughout the day
- 8Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- 9Dedication to health and wellness principles
- 10Certification in food safety management preferred
- 11Experience with POS software and inventory tracking systems
Salary Insight
$42 - $45k per year
