What You'll Do11
- 1Partner with the General Manager to manage club operations and ensure positive member experiences.
- 2Manage all club functions when the General Manager is unavailable.
- 3Motivate and inspire associates to achieve productivity and service goals.
- 4Follow company standards to align shifts with financial best interests of the club.
- 5Assist with recruiting, hiring, and training staff to maintain full coverage.
- 6Create a welcoming environment by greeting members and addressing their needs promptly.
- 7Ensure consistent high-quality customer service and maintain a clean facility.
- 8Maintain continual standing and talking duties throughout shifts.
- 9Lift 45 pounds to handle equipment and inventory.
- 10Drive results that exceed expectations within the first 90 days.

Requirements7
- 1Minimum one year of management experience.
- 2Fitness retail or hospitality background preferred.
- 3Associate’s degree in Exercise Science Business Kinesiology or related field or equivalent experience.
- 4Age 18 years or older.
- 5Ability to stand and walk continuously during shifts.
- 6Strong communication skills for member interactions and phone calls.
- 7Ability to lift 45 pounds.
