Overview
You will lead daily operations at our award-winning Family Sports Pub in Andover, overseeing 2+ years of steady growth in a high-volume, full-service environment. You direct a team of 15-20 staff, ensuring superb guest experiences, food safety, and alcohol service compliance. You work alongside the General Manager to hit budgeted financial targets and build a winning culture. What You'll Do8
- 1Lead the front-of-house and back-of-house teams, scheduling shifts and assigning roles to hit service standards.
- 2Drive guest satisfaction by resolving issues in real time and maintaining a clean, safe, comfortable pub.
- 3Ensure full compliance with Food Safety standards and responsible alcohol service per company policy.
- 4Manage inventory and labor costs to meet Budget Targets within the first 90 days.
- 5Recruit, train, and mentor new hires, focusing on Team Development and retention.
- 6Execute daily opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and shift reports.
- 7Collaborate with the GM to run promotions and events that boost weekly sales.
- 8Oversee food quality and presentation, spot-checking dishes against Beef 'O' Brady's recipes.
Requirements8
- 12+ years in a full-service, casual restaurant management position.
- 2Legally authorized to work in the United States.
- 321 years or older.
- 4Available nights, weekends, and holiday shifts.
- 5Continuous standing, bending, and lifting up to 60 pounds.
- 6Exposure to heat from kitchen equipment and environment.
- 7Proven ability to lead a team and meet financial targets.
- 8Strong guest service orientation with a positive, friendly attitude.
